I wish I would’VE been able to compile a collection of songs from my very fav bands, but these days are over once and for all, I guess. My all-time favorites change on an almost daily basis now… or maybe it’s just me. Come celebrate Canada Day by hitting the dance floor with Lifetime and the Heartbeat @ the Hifi Club in Calgary. Two of Calgary’s most reputed DJ’s, Wax Romeo and Fordinho, along with DJ AMAC come together every Friday night to bring you The Heartbeat. This Friday (July 1st) the Heartbeat is taking things to the next level with a night of Disco, Rap, Soul, Reggae and Rock.

He loves to draw and paint and has designed tees for various Lifetime collections. He is currently working on some pieces for the upcoming Cheaper Show. This week’s Playlist comes from Collective illustrator Elisabeth Moch. Elisabeth lives and works in Berlin but has set up temporary work spaces in Stockholm and Brooklyn in the past. Pictured above is a drawing Elisabeth did of her grandmother’s village, “Aremberg.”
