It’s official—we’re getting plastered with our friends at Keep A Breast (literally!), to raise money for breast cancer research, and awareness about this potentially fatal disease!  All of us here at Lifetime are excited about our partnership with the folks over at Keep A Breast, and the collaboration we call “Breast Friends 4 Life!”
 
So, here’s the deal…
 
We team up with the Keep A Breast crew and create a bunch of casts that are then sent out to a bunch of artists that we work with regularly as a part of the Lifetime Collective. The artist designed casts are then shipped out to select Lifetime retailers across North America to become one-of-a-kind center pieces in their store windows, that will showcase alongside our Spring 2009 Collection! 
Neat huh?  But the best part is, it doesn’t end there!
 
…So, once they have done their stint at the stores, they come back to us here, and the casts will then all be brought together for two gallery show dates, one in Toronto, and one here, at Lifetime's home city, Vancouver!  And the best part about all of this is, coinciding with the gallery shows, all the casts will then be auctioned off online (stay tuned for dates), with the money from your bids on each Lifetime artist designed cast, going to Keep A Breast and the fight against breast cancer!  Sound like a reason to celebrate? We think so!  And that’s why before any of this happens, we’re celebrating the kick-off of our Keep A Breast collaboration with the Lifetime Collective x Keep A Breast launch party “Breast Friends 4 Life!”

Taking place at our Lifetime Showroom in Toronto Ontario (Spearmint Pelican Sales, 58B Fraser Ave.), the night is jam packed with some pretty awesome stuff including a breast cast gallery by some of Canada’s freshest artists, live breast casting, live cast art by Lifetime artist Niall McClelland, a PF Flyers Shoes x Lifetime Artist customized shoe auction, live music, live entertainment, a Lifetime sample sale with proceeds going to KAB, and so much more thanks to our friends at, Emergen-C, Steam Whistle, Red Bull, and Skate4Cancer.  Check out the flyer, and our facebook invite (http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=46998996130&ref=mf), and spread the word!
