Our brother and merch guy and driver and all around awesome dude is feeling the effect for sure. and I'm sure as more Family dinners go down more amazing stories from Fred and Toody will come out. tonight we heard about them homesteading in the Yukon in the 70's. great stuff.  and thanks to Trevor and Marlys, great friends of jeff's,for a good nights sleep tonight. we'll be powered up to bust ear drums and break hearts in Philly tomorrow. see ya soon xoxo ark! Instead of the typical show in which each act plays its own set, Collett, Zeus and Bahamas will all take the stage together, playing songs by all three.  At times you will find Collett strumming softly on the guitar alone; Zeus pounding out their rich pop numbers; or Bahamas melting the rocks in your glass; then find them all back together again in full force.  The energy, the creativity, the inherent knowledge each musician brings to the stage, of their fellow musician, will make for a unique and exciting night, each and every night along the tour.  The Bonfire Ball kicks off in March at Canadian Music Week in Toronto, then heads to Mexico City, followed by SXSW in Austin.  The tour continues west through San Francisco and Seattle across Canada and the U.S. midwest, wrapping with two nights in New York late April.  Jason Collett will see the release of his fourth full-length, Rat A Tat Tat, March 9 on Arts & Crafts.  Produced by Mike O’Brien and Carlin Nicholson of Zeus, Collett began writing the record in rural Ontario last summer.  A bevy of musical guests would contribute in the studio - part of often live and improved sessions - including Afie Jurvanen aka Bahamas. To further add a touch of mayhem, the SF based band Thee Oh Sees will be playing a special set during the night of the reception. This show is not to be missed, bro. Artist Bio: Skinner is an obsessive painter / illustrator who collects animals and friends while envisioning the end of all humans in his psychedelic nightmare paintings too hideous to behold. Porous Walker is somebody. Porous draws, paints, writes, sculpts, acts, films, photos, fashion designs and anything else it takes to get his vision across. Porous has shown works all around the globe and even in fancy places like the NY MOMA. His works have been featured in major motion pictures and television. Porous Walker has been officially selected by himself to waste hours of your time with his crap. Jay Howell is an all around kind dude that draws funny-ass cartoons and stuff. He lives in San Francisco where he can be seen on the streets messin’ around and sayin’ classic shit on a regular basis. Deth P. Sun is a painter/illustrator currently residing in Berkeley, California. He is originally from San Diego, California, and moved up to the Bay Area for schooling.
